Why is the download/speed is lower then I expected it to be.

My Internet has generally downloading speed of 70 MB per second given by the browser tester. And yesterday I had downloading speed of 20 MB per second on battle net. Even with possible interference or fluctuations, my downloading speed is much lower than what I expected.

It would be grateful if anyone can help me😽。

Welcome to the “why is my download slow” rite of passage. Every patch, without fail

Ask your internet service provider, not reddit.

Theres almost no way someone on Reddit can answer this for you.

Theres so many factors that go into this including location, your home network set up, the amount of other people also trying to download this right now, even things like your hardware itself.

The best anyone online can tell you is to connect your device to your router directly with an ethernet cable.

Could be routing issue, who knows. Internet is not a single road with one destination that serves everything. You have no issues reaching point A (browser tester) doesn't mean that point B (genshin's cdn server) is also going to be issue-free because they're not in the same building sharing the same routes, cables and equipment.

Try a VPN. If you don't already have an active subscription to some VPN try the free Cloudflare Warp: https://one.one.one.one/
