Not sure who I should select next?

Last time I chose Klee; this time, I’m very unsure who to select. I’m split between Nilou, Ganyu, and Hu Tao? Although I wanted to know if there are better choices I could maybe pick? Provided a picture of all my characters, everyone at level 80 and above of fully built and usable.

C4 Mona is good. C6 Jean would be also an option as you would get closer to material that would allow you to level someone to 95. But personally I don't like using these on standard characters as there are other ways to get them like losing 50:50 or anniversary selector.

So I would go for the one you use more. It doesn't matter much who you pick as you will pick the other next seasons. Only difference will be who will you get first.

Ganyu has a lot of useful tools: AoE damage, taunt/dodge, range attack charged w/AoE damage, six normal shots. She is one of my faves. She gets better with Cs by adding extra taunt and double charged attacks. Furina will allow her to apply freeze very effectively, too.

Hu Tao gets better with Cs in that she uses less stamina, but still works better with plunge attacks so Xianyun is preferred pairing.

Nilou can get some use with non-Nefer lunar bloom teams with Lauma and Columbina, of the characters listed she has the most relevance right now.

Nilou is the correct answer. Nilou is a legit meta team with lauma and columbina. Everyone else is good for their respective team but those teams have been power crept.
