1. Heavy lore, both independently and in the MAIN Fontaine storyline.
her influence in the main Fontaine storyline, while smaller compared to other units like Neuvillette and obviously Furina was still noticeable. SPOILER WARNING !!
for example, when Lyney was about to go at Wriothesley, sigewinne tranquilised him, stoping a possible attack. Yall might complain ‘but that’s bad yada yada yada’ but still, who knows what could’ve happened were it not for her. Additionally during FURINAS trial, sigewinne was present and provided medical care when she was exposed to low concentration primordial seawater.
as for sigewinne story quest it greatly explains how she is how she is and provides some further lore of old Fontaine. Her lore compared to the other hydro healers your considering over her is so well written, detailed and engaging. It explains how during the time of Melusine racism she befriended a human. When the human fell ill her parents refused to let sigewinne provide medical care. She went to a witch who gave her a potion to gain human features so the parents would accept her care, however it came at the cost of her own freedom. She was imprisoned in the fortress of meropide and never chose to leave and stayed working there as the head nurse.
2. Design.
When it comes to design hers is adorable, the little heart pendant hung from her waist is a cute interactive thing that can change, much like the sticker on Wriothesley glove !! Along with that her overall design is really well done and well themed. This is a bit opinion based but it’s one of if not the cutest in the game, the colour scheme ties together amazing. Her whole outfit is super cute and everything just looks amazing !!
3. Functionality.
i don’t care if people are gonna go “oH wHaT fUnCtIoNaLiTy?? HAh-“ because can people realise not everyone is meant to be a dps?? And why dont you go criticise damn kokofish then?? Roles exist to formulate working teams !! sure sigewinne doesn’t have high hydro application but with her ideal teammate, Furina, who is the most owned character in the game (so I don’t wanna see any “oh so I need to pull this character to make her work”) this doesn’t matter at all. Her healing is absolutely amazing when built right and at high constellations she can be a burst dps using her water beam !!
Overall I’m just not going to acc3pt this, the genshin community is way too biased and it’s not just sigewinne, there’s other two but sigewinne specifically I will not let get hated on like this because the streamer community wants to ruin everyone’s opinions on her.

It's funny that you say everyone else is biased, because you're clearly biased. Sigewinne is not meant to be a DPS, everyone knows that. The problem is that she's not really good at any specific job. She can be a decent applicator, sub dps, or healer; but there are other characters that fill those slots better. In my opinion they should have just made her a really good healer and bond of life support, but they tried to do too many things and it didn't really work. People don't criticise Kokomi (they used to though) because she has great heals with steady hydro application. She's great for slots that need constant application and also heals at the same time. Sigewinne... worse overall in that slot. No one's trying to ruin anyone's opinion on her. You mention her DPS is great after cons but five stars shouldn't need cons to be good. She's a great character but the devs screwed up with her kit.
About your first two claims (heavy lore and design), Jean is very relevant and she's on the standard banner, and Tighnari and Qiqi both have super good designs. The concept that the standard banner automaticcaly equals bad is not necessarily true. Sure, most of those characters aren't great, but Tighnari is an A tier DPS, and Jean is an awesome healer because she's anemo and performs team wide heals. Sigewinne fits right in on the standard banner. She would also be very helpful to new players in need of a decent healer to start off with.
You seem to think that people want her on the standard because they don't like her but you're not actually looking at the facts. The issue isn't that people don't like her, it's everything else I've stated above. You say people haven't tried her and only form their opinions on streamers, but when I first tried her I immediately hated her kit; it didn't really make any sense. This seems to be the case with a lot of people. She's just isn't great and that's okay. She belongs on standard (or they need to change her kit).
