Is there still 1 more zone for Nod Krai?

So at the end of the current archon quest it seems like we got everything wrapped up.But I noticed the statue only goes up to level 8…

So do we have another zone to go to? And where do you think the zone will be? And lastly what do you predict we will get involved with?

There can still be map expansions without any Archon Quests. I mean look at Natlan, or Fontaine, or Sumeru, or Inazuma...

Next should be Dorman Port in 1 or 2 patches from now (Mondstadt area) and after that we'll get 1 more NK map to max out the statue. Then after that Sneznaya.

I don't think Nod Krai per se will have a 3rd map expension, more like a map expansion of an othe place, that likely comes very close to Nod Krai's empty east I think, because thats the only way how MHY could finally give this world some serious more land mass, instead of adding constantly only island after island after island lately, like half of this game world feels like being full of islands by now

Next is however Dornman Port, there won't appear any Lunaculi, because its in Mondstadt territory.

The missing Lunaculi for the Statue Ranks 9 and 10 will be on a Map, thats close to Nod Krai territory.. and the only region in Nod Krai territory, thats still close enough to get to its territory, is by filling up that empty east, in order to close that world map gap once and for all with more effectively land mass coming from Fontaine (Mt. Esus included), that will reach close to Nod Krai likely as some kind of "half island" maybe thats partwise NK, partwise still in Fontaine territory, I guess.

Thats at least what I hope, that it happens this way, with that kind of half island being just big enough to put in there those like approximately 74 lunaculi, which we are still missing into some kind of map, thats also again more designed into the depth and heigth too, as its an easy trick to make even space for that many lunaculi in a basicalyl small area, if you make also usage of verticality in a map

If you look west from the new area, you'll see an island in the distance; that's definitely the area.

If you look east, you'll see Sneznhaya.

uhm no, east of Nod Krai is Fontaine?? north of NK's latest part is Snezhnaya. whatever is west of it, Ive no clue, but it makes more sense to fill first finalyl the massive gap of the east, before further expandign the map to the West and Snezhnaya comes anyways from 7.0 onwards, so that has still some time. Anybody needs to look only at the MAP, to realize instantly, that east of NK lies Fontaine and has a massive empty gap between both territories still , as both territoies are basically on same heigth to each other. So expansing Fontaine to the West, so that we get finally Mt. Esus and make that map that a bigger land mass, which reaches closes to NK, would make imo most sense, so that near the borderland close to NK could be then some Lunaculi to find, especially if that part of the map has alot of verticality then to use the small area as good as possible to put in there those last missing around 74 culis.

But as i said, thats just what I personally woudl love to see coming, doesn't naturally mean, that this has to come this way, in the end MY makes the decisions, if they just want to visually ruin the world map with just ANOTHER island, then so be it, its not like as if we ever could influence their decisions in the world design

From Pyramid Island, you can see Fontaine to the east, but the islands visible to the northeast belong to Sneznhaya. That's why, in the Archon mission, they were taking the refugees to Sneznhaya from Pyramid Island and to Natlan from Nasha Village.

But if you go to Pyramid Island and look to the northwest, you'll see an island in the distance, and that's probably the missing part of Nod Krai, just as the Natlan resort was quite far from the main region.

I think map expansions and character releases are going to go in step from now on. Because they've invested significant resources into making map locations for the playable 5-stars. Columbina has her cave, Nefer has her office, Flins has his graveyard, and so on. They did this to some extent in earlier regions, especially Natlan, but they're doing more of it now.

And if you look at the progress, you can see they've currently "worked ahead" on the map. We have places for Varka and Nicole even though they're not out yet. So in this new way of pacing things, I don't think they'll feel the need for a new map expansion until the character releases catch up.

One option is the Lantern Rite includes a place for her. It's also possible that she'll have an adeptal domain inside a future playable moon area.
