I don't think it really matters to them. Most of the members don't even remember it properly, and I doubt the sibling really cares about what dynasty to bring back, especially considering what a jerk Irmin was. I really want to get AS's opinion on Irmin, like, he literally used them in his twisted experiments and brought his nation to a fall.

I don't see how could they acquire this power. And I am pretty sure what Dottore talks here about isn't an actual recreation of Khaenriah, but rather just a manifestation like that Nod Krai illusion he created earlier.

Because no one knows that that is possible. Only dottore has been researching the moons for centuries and only when tapping in trilunar power can he make such changes. Though even if it possible to make such changes, judging from how dain was against ao actions restoring a dead nation isnt as simple as just some big power, and that there are consequences. Heck columbina just to cause some changes in history had to sacrifice her body and the souls of her 3 sisters, otherwise she would be stuck eternally there. Another example is the nameless bard, according to the new lore he even though grabbed the power to change fate, and did so by changing the fate of mondstadt, died and his name was forgotten to have existed. Venti had to change his appearance as him to remember him.

The Abyss Order already has the Loom of Fate, having another plan when they are confident with their current one is wasting resources. That and the stories and powers about the moon were so shrouded in mystery and only really came to light with Dottore's actions. Assuming said information is also the stuff the Abyss Order knows about, they wouldn't know how to wield the Trilunar Authority in the first place, let alone actually get to holding such authority.
