About the opening cutscene and the Traveler's spaceship and their sibling

During the final part of the latest Archon Quest, the Traveler mentioned how their sibling left the airship at some point, could the shot with the two stars mean the sibling left the spaceship when Khaenri'ah summoned them. It could at least explain the two stars here instead of just one.

Not really, it's just them flying away in their attempt to leave Teyvat, it should be clear from the narrative - Travaler talking about how they suddenly got stopped by Asmoday.

The spaceship never entered Teyvat's stratosphere during the first stop.

Traveler remains inside the ship stranded in Nod Krai waiting

Direidyth sets out from Khaenri'ah to look for Sibling(savior)

Istaroth makes it so Direidyth gets to have the *Future Traveler* key to the spaceship, which sets the events in motion for the fall of Khaenri'ah

Sibling makes the choice to rescue traveler and flee Teyvat after seeing the key, which in turn makes Khaenri'ah fall

Opening cutscene triggers with them trying to leave

Asmoday stops them

Sends 1 sibling to Liyue and the other reaches the Abyss Order

In Liyue, Guyun stone forest to be precise, Traveler fished Paimon out of the water

They walk all the way to the starting area in Mondstadt, with Paimon teaching the Traveler how to speak Teyvatian and some information about all seven nations

People tend to forget that both the Traveler and the sibling have wings in the opening cutscene. The lights are just both of them flying, trying to leave.
