There’s a pattern to the order we fight the Harbingers as bosses, where each subsequent Harbinger we fight is two ranks higher than the last.

11 - Tartaglia

8 - Signora (the 10th position is empty, so it’s skipped)

2 - Dottore

Pierro, as the founder of the organization and the very first Harbinger, would put him above Capitano’s rank, so he’s effectively Rank 0, which means that he’ll be the next in line to have a boss fight, either next year in Snezhnaya or beyond.

I'm not sure if we are fighting him with no reason but, its a possibility especially that our sibling was the catalyst of the disaster, he may harbor some bad intention cuz we did messed up Khaenriah. But also at the same time, I have a feeling that it'll be Pierro that do us the "dialogues for the next region / destination" thing at the end of Snezh, considering he is also from Khaenriah, if that is our next destination. He'll probably have stuff like:

Are you serious? Fighting villain organization members in order of increasing danger based on hierarchy is a very common trope. The fact that we fought the Harbingers in that order is very much intentional. Would it make sense if we fought Childe, the lowest ranked Harbinger, at a later point in the story instead after having fought higher ranked members already? No, because there'd be no stakes in it.

That's... not what I was arguing against, though, I guess it's my fault for not making it clearer. I simply mean that I find it hard to believe that Hoyo writers during the story creation process were like: "let's give the characters we want to use as bosses these specific numbers so we'd have a cool pattern with every fatui boss is specifically 2 tiers above the previous one."
