Were Archon Special Story Modes Always This Long?!

I don’t know if I’m the only one who feels this way…but being locked into a special story mode for 2-3 hours for archon quests is so annoying. Sometimes I want to make game process without needing to make a big time commitment. Or is it just me??

This is why its hard to take literally any complaint people have about Genshin on this complain impact sub seriously.
The last few patches people have been complaining that the story segments are long and there is no save and they don't know when they can leave or take a break.
The devs add a saving icon, and still the exact same complaints continue, like at what point do people just admit they will NEVER be satisfied.

They are longer now, but the **story modes are saved at multiple points**. Leaving will not reset progress. It's not that different from normal quests where you can leave and rejoin as preferred, the only thing is that for these special story modes they require the world to be a certain way, and it's easier to do so in a domain-like situation like what we have now

Dude it literally tells you saving between the loading screens and you can take a break at any time. You aren't locked into anything, you just aren't reading.

The length isn't the problem. The structure and lack of reason to be invested is the problem.
