If you are in the US, maybe you did not do the age verification and your account was deleted ? If i remember correctly you needed to do it by july 20th. (Sorry for my english, it is not my first language)

tried to play the game and i make an account.. after 2 days of playing i cant login anymore because of this error.. since the account is still new i decided to make a new account again and guess what? after 1 day i cant login again.. as a new player im afraid to invest time and money to this game...imagine if you already invest thousand of hours and money and this sh$t happen 🤦♀️
