After the archon quest, you could visit Traveler's room in the Flagship and see Sandrone's diary(?) on the table.

Well...

Mary ann died and was kinda reborn. Different states, different minds, but the concept of 'Mary Ann' is still around.

Sandrone died and will also come back.

People constantly notice how she said in the AQ that she don't like how the kids would die for their ideals, to save others.

She never changed her mind, as she did not sacrifice herself. It was all in her calculations, all under control. We see how she would throw pulonia into fights, because she was absolutely sure she could repair it.

I think for Pulonia she had no issue throwing him into fights because she knew his exact schematics to re-create him from scratch.

Sandrone on the other hand was the "masterpiece" of her creator, whose secrets effectively died with him, and nobody really knowing how to re-create herself.
