Should I pull escof. For my ganyu?

Im a 1.0 player and love ganyu, im f2p so shes c0 but i currently have her in a freeze team with shenhe mona and venti (i dont have furina so its my best option).

I also kind of need furina as I also have hutao c1 and i know shes like a godtier support.

Is it worth going all in for a freeze team and getting escoffier or should i save for new characters instead? My built DPS characters are durin, hu tao, varesa and ganyu so 🤷‍♂️

Im not a ganyu gooner bro i just like her gameplay. Also im f2p and shes incredibly built on my acc so i dont see the point in spending a month building a whole new team

You could, but do note that freeze teams run into the problem of freeze-immunes which are most bosses. Since Ganyu is a CA user, no interruption resistance against such enemies will be disasterous for your DPS. This necessitates a shielder and the best at this role for an Escof team is Citlali, who is not that beneficial to this team outside the 40% dmg bonus from cinder so to pull her for that alone might not be worth it.

Yeah then definitely go for it, Escof is a strong addition to any account even outside her niche and you want to use Ganyu long-term.

obviously! you should've rolled for her. she's a best cryo buffer. Ganyu, Skirk, Ayaka. i rolled escoffier for Ganyu and Ayaka as i dont have Skirk..

She buffs every Cryo DPS; she's a total must-have. Every Cryo DPS is dependent on her. Just look at Skirk

I don’t have Esco but I do have Furina and she makes a huge difference for freeze and superconduct with either Ineffa or Raiden. Perhaps you can save 180 pulls for Furina next time she runs. I think what you have is good enough. I just recently got Shenhe but I haven’t yet integrated here into my Ganyu team. My Ganyu is currently C5 because I pull for her every time she reruns and then the recent freebie.

Yeahhh. Im gunna pull for escoffier and if i dont get her then im going to save for furina. I love my gen 1 units too much to pull for another DPS lol

Is she useful other than in cryo teams tho? Like is she useful for hydro teams too? Thinking about future use too

Escoffier only works with Cryo and Hydro units. If you pair one none Hydro and none Cryo with her she loses some stuff from her kit. So if you mean triple hydro with Escoffier only: That should work. If you mean two Hydro with one Anemo and Escoffier it should also work, but be not as strong as the First option because of missing res shred, etc..

That being said I paired her (Escoffier) with my Ganyu in the overworld with some none hydro and non Cryo Units and the damage for that was still good enough for my liking. I play at AR50 with WL6 (I think it is WL6) though, so that should be easier than AR60 with WL8 and WL9.
