Is ineffa worth it without columbina?

I really like both of these characters but I don't have enough primos for both, I've heard alot of hype around ineffa recently but is that mainly just because she pairs soo well with columbina who I will not be able to get for a while?

Not necessarily at release. We didnt have Flins or Bina.

Also Ineffa wasn't shilled for in all game modes yet back then.

Ineffa can fit in any comps and her off field dmg is already worth it.

I've had her since 5.8 and been using her constantly. Thanks to her I'm finally using my Neuvillette regularly. She slots in with any Hydro DPS as a lunar enabler

Columbina is better C6 Aino, if you have Aino already. You can pair Ineffa with Aino for now.
If you pull Columbina only, best team would be like Columbina-Aino-Sucrose-Fischl.

He doesnt even mention he has Nefer at all, I assumed he doesnt have any Nod-Krai character except Aino. Probably he could just pull Columbina already without asking if he had Nefer anyway.

She's the gameplay lovechild of Zhongli and Fischl even if you never touch the lunar stuff.

Yes she's pretty good even on her own. Good off field application and damage, good utility with her shield, enables Lunar Charge for Nod Krai boss fights. And she's on her rerun now so we don't know when she'll be back after that, so if you want her, now is the time.

I wouldnt really advice pulling Neuvillette after we are getting so many strong characters tbh. I would say get Ineffa.

Hmm..I usually pull for characters I like so this feels like a good investment.

Edit: Also Ineffa is a shielder plus Nuevillete can do Lunar Charged now.

I'd get both rather than go all in on neuv- neuv's c1 gives him interruption resistance and more damage, ineffa can do both of those things for neuvillette plus enable lunar reactions and be used in other teams too

Bro, literally got her in like 40 pulls (also got one copy of each of the 4 stars) yesterday although she was guaranteed I did not expect her to come home so soon, now I have 100+ wishes for Nuevillete.

if you can get both, much better than just c1 neuv. for your account, i'd do ineffa first then rest on neuvi instead of the other way around unless you're a big fan of him

Get Ineffa. Columbina will come back in 4-5 patches anyways. Can't guarantee the same for Ineffa

Yes. Outside of a very cope TotM and TTDS Columbina in a cryo carry, Furina Escoffier wheelchair, there is no viable Columbina comp without either Ineffa or Lauma. Every Lauma/Ineffa+Columbina wheelchair comp including those with Nefer/Flins benefit more from Ineffa/Lauma constellations than Columbina cons.

The signs are strong that Columbina's kit has been balanced around Lauma and Ineffa. Lauma and Ineffa are the real S tier enablers of Nod Krai. You can build teams around them without Columbina but you can't build teams around Columbina without Lauma or Ineffa.

Yes, Ineffa is easy to build with good f2p weapon options. She was great in various overload teams. Neuvilette or alternatively Anemo/Ororon/Hydro are great teams.

Ineffa is worth it as long as lunar reactions are being pushed out in endgame content. Still a solid electro applicator and decent shielder without that.
