Bina is the DPS. Mines at 157k and not fully built yet, with just weapons on Bina and Ineffa. Might push 200 once everything is setup.

I have same Ineffa + Lauma + Columbina supports and I didn't pull for Nefer and Flins and not planning pulling Zibai. And I complete all the content in game with no problem.
Columbina+Ineffa is already crazy wheelchair, you can use whatever you want for last team slot.
Btw I have no Arlechino and Skirk as well, and yet doing onslaught 5 difficulty. The only characters with constellations I have are C2 Nilou, C2 Nahida and C1 Hutao. And the last dps character I've pulled was Mualani (Also Mavuika but I only use her in Mualani team for pyro app and never played her as main dps)

Columbina, Ineffa and Lauma is a very strong wheelchair right now. You don't necessarily need Flins or Nefer. You can pair those 3 with someone like Kuki for healing, or Aino for more hydro, or any other electro or dendro because Columbina enables everyone to do Lunar reactions

Build Lauma main dps (and EM) with Sacrifical Fragments + Columbina. 👌🏾
360k-400k Skill dmg x2.
I already build Lauma.dps before Columbina, but with her now she is Dendro Navia
Lauma-Columbina-Nahida-Kuki/Ineffa (obviously Ineffa make the team stronger by far)
Or build Columbina main dps
