I still don’t get how Columbina was born?
I understand the moon reflection realm, how columbina split her self, how she was able to affect the past, and be anchored to the future, but I still don’t understand how she was born as the “reincarnation” as the avatar for the frost moon goddess 500 years ago. People are saying she created herself, but how. I know it’s a time paradox scenario so it isn’t suppose to make sense but I just can’t take the face value expiation of that. Was it the collective wishes from the goddess and the remaining frost moon scions that allowed her birth to take place? Is her birth similar to that of a lunator that are born from blessing but take time to form?

Her life story doesn't loop on itself, it's a like that goes back and forth in time but never back to its starting point.
She is sustained by the remnant power of the frost moon. She was recharged in the story by the other two moon marrow, again, not Kuuvhaki.
It's not a paradox, I think you just have wrong information.
She was too weak after the Tsaritsa's deal to continue fighting Teyvat's constant rejection of her so she was slowly leaking kuuvakhi instead of gaining it back. She used the moon marrows as external but similar energy sources to supplement her own dwindling kuuvakhi stores. As she had less and less kuuvakhi in her body, she was able to move less and less or even stay awake until she eventually passed out and lost her physical form.
Her decline was further exacerbated because her anchor to Teyvat or reason for being on Teyvat had disappeared due to her choices and circumstances. She didn't recognize her identity of Kuutar and viewed the Frostmoon Scions' worship as self-serving and towards a false moon instead of her. She no longer recognized her identity of Columbina or Damselette after she formally left the Fatui and finished her deal with the Tsaritsa. Eventually, her anchor to Teyvat was reestablished by recognizing the name Columbina Hyposelenia as her new identity.
If it does help, she'd have been right as rain as soon as she returned to Nod Krai instead of dying.
She left the Fatui because she felt like it was no longer a home for her and she used so much of her power that she was basically at the end of the road with no way to recharge.
Kuuvhaki needed to be literally channeled into her by the device Kaveh made during the Battle with Rerir too.
I was being nice earlier by not saying this.

Stay in grade 4, you'll be there for a while.
Cordialement quelqu'un qui pense que tu racontes de la m*rde
When he was spreading shit in Hyperborea about how he will bring back moon goddesses (or whatever) they start praising new moon.
Their wishes were heard. Thats how Columbina was born.
It is the only reasonable explanation I have besides very stupid "bla bla bla... egg vs chicken... bla bla bla..."
I dont think moon goddess can be born randomly. They were created. There is no natural random event. Something must trigger it.
First, it didn't work that way. He could gain information from these remnants of the past, but not actually manipulate the past.
Second, he only started messing with these remnants *because* Columbina already existed prior to that choice. Otherwise he wouldn't have done that. His plans literally hinge on the existence of Columbina, with the goal being to capture her for her lunar authority.
It's revealed in her character story. It coalesced with kuuvahki in the Sanctum of the Oathbearer. That part is implied in WQ.
How then did the primordial sea coalesced with kuuvahki of she didn't exist at the time ?
What might seem like a paradox if you think about time as a straight line makes perfect sense when you consider time as relative to the observer. The past, present and future are entirely relative and are all simultaneously true.
Columbina was born from Kuuvahki and Primordial Sea, but she also was already dead by then and her (re)birth was caused by herself. Both can be true in Genshin, just like how there can be three keys to the Traveler's spaceship at one point in time.
In essence, because she at one point poured her body over Nod Krai shortly after the war of Funerary Flame, the kuuvahki was effectively always there, even though it also wasn't.
Time is funny like that.
Unless colombina has always existed or was brought into existence by a higher god/power then she "died" and then created a new version of herself and that version of herself went on to die to create a 3rd version of herself which is the one present with us now .
Still a paradox though. "It be like that" is hardly an explanation.
That said, I do think we'll gain more information about the true nature of this seemingly closed loop as we progress further.
It would explain why the shades were mysteriously absent during all this.
It's not a paradox as there is nothing contradictory in the series of events from her birth to her rebirth.
The time situation has no impact on her original birth beyond Columbina hearing her own song in the Kuuvhaki when she was reincarnated.
