Crazy Dottore

I started this game after Fontaine and didn't know that it has a webtoon too. Luna's IV Archon Quest made me love Dottore so much ! I'd really recommend everyone to read the webtoon who haven't yet. It takes place before the traveler arrives in Monstadt. The webtoon is really well written !

I love webttore so much he’s so silly <3

Indeed ! Really shows how far he goes, not leaving even his comrades to experiment on them. He has no limits to his knowledge and experiments. He even gets bored with trivial stuff lol

Webby is definitely a way younger segment than omega. He’s far more irrational with clear anger issues, and I imagine he’s kind of like how the original Zandik must have been when he first joined the Fatui. I love the webcomic cause you gain some insight about how Zandik was at a different age.

To think this dude used to be your everyday sumerian civilian...

Imagine that a father and mother had a child, they name him Zandik and have zero clue what dangerous monster he would become in the far future.

Imagine naming your kid as "Heretic".

all, the good ol' (weird) days of the comic, when Amber had a pyro shield, her cursor actively identified weak spots, characters couldn't materialize their weapons like they do now (see Diluc fighting in his story quest vs Amber being defenseless because she didn't bring either her arrows or a bow with her), hilichurls could fly and Jean could combine her powers with Amber's to make a big explosion

I wish he was that unhinged and expressive... why isn't he anymore?

Assuming this version of Dottore wasn't retconned (though there are other continuity issues from the webtoon), it's likely a different segment of him from a different time.

It's very clear when Nahida bargained Dottore to delete his other segments that they all have different reactions (mostly negative but some don't care or say "good riddance") so they do have a slight shift in personality from each other based on a particular time that they were based on or something.

I recall there was a fan theory that the final voice being deleted during that scene could have been the webtoon version as he sounded younger and a little more crazed in the EN dub and vowing that the current Dottore will regret doing this.
