Also, when Leifhelm is punished to run 20 laps, he actually runs. But after he’s been running for so long, I sat there waiting for 5 minutes and then just left—no idea if he doing after finishing.

Hm, I seem to have quite the opposite opinion of Python. Maybe I'm just biased because I do game dev with c++ in Unreal Engine but I much prefer an object oriented language like Java and its syntax over python (albeit I don't think java is that great either lol).

I absolutely hate the indentation system that Python uses over braces and I especially hate that python uses True and False (uppercase) instead of true and false (lowercase) like come on lol. If theres things that trips me up every time its these two.

i sat around too, and he never stopped. i guess it would be fun to see him report back to varka or attain enlightenment once he’s done, but how many people would be willing to watch an npc run laps for dozens of minutes? i imagine from a game developer’s perspective, it’s much easier to just loop his animations than put in considerations for a scene that won’t be rendered fully 90% of the time

They will all run their laps. It will just go on forever. I watch Winfried doing his laps, but after two days in game he keeps on going, I leave the place.

However, during the test to find out who's drunk, if you pick the guy who makes the least mistakes (meaning he's not actually the drunkest of the bunch), the guy would still be running laps, but the other two will be punished as well, doing the jumping jack exercise.

On another note, does the guy you call out in the drills actually do all 20 laps? I know they do run and if they stop and you approach them they will continue running but idk if they actually went 20 laps, it might take a couple of days based on their pace?
