Are Nod-Krai guests written by AI?

I haven't paid attention to this before, so I don't know if it's what hoyo does regularly, but I noticed that the archon quests atleast, are full of em dashes and started to wonder if hoyo has started using AI to write the quests. I know the dashes alone don't prove anything but they feel kinda excessive and I wouldn't even be surprised they started using AI, considering the amount of useless yap they "have" put into the quests.

This is about on the same level as the people who didn't like certain NPC voice performances in Natlan so they decided they must be AI voices instead of a human VA.

This is the kind of baseless assumption post that's the direct result of not paying enough attention in school and you end up thinking that em dashes only ever occur in AI generated content.

Prepare for some educational content NOT created by AI.

There are writers, native English speaking or not, who love using em dashes or subconsciously use them more often than not. I don't see why excessive use is a sign of AI.

if the dev used AI, resulting in lots of dashes, dev can just tell AI to remove the dashes. easy.

given how AI learn / collect data from internet to build its "idea", and how many misinformation made by theory crafters on the internet, if the dev used AI, there likely more inconsistency in the storyline.

Your argument should be if they used AI to translate the quests, since they are Chinese and write the story in Chinese first. In both cases, my answer is: I don’t think so. In other languages besides English, I think they do use it, at least in the ones I used to play before, like French and Portuguese.
