Uh.... why Kazuha? He doesn't bring anything of worth to a Lunar-Charge team unless he's C2. Sucrose replaces him in pretty much every scenario.

Nah, C2 Kazuha only buffs EM of on-field character, and it requires his burst which takes up time.
Meanwhile, Sucrose swirls one skill and buffs the whole team, and she can use the pretty much free TTDS. She’s much better for Lunar Charge than Kazuha

I mean, bit of a stretch no? A skin is like 15€, a copy of a 5-star can be over 250€ depending on one's luck. If that Kazuha is C2 then maybe, but you are still losing TTDS.

Oh I don’t spend on skins. Those gen crystals were saved from welkins and I really really like my Yelan to spend it all on het. All my special 5* are C0 except Neuvi at C1.

Sucrose because em buff. Kazuha and Xilonen give you dmg percent which is useless for lunar charge
