So Columbina is Most powerful being in teyvat ( active, playable, known to us) Right now.
: Bearer of three lunar authorities simultaneously
Only known playable being with confirmed multi-moon compatibility
Power rivals Shades-level existences
Exerts influence beyond Celestia's standard system
\- With Tri-lunar Authority, she wields the power of time, space, life, and death
Feared even among Harbingers and higher entities
Columbina stands at the apex because her Trilune Authority fundamentally breaks previously established cosmological limits.
The coexistence of three lunar powers was once considered impossible due to mutual rejection, yet her successful synchronization elevates her into a near-Shade tier. Unlike Archons or Dragons, her power is not regional, elemental, or hierarchical.
And again for people who will come and argue that Neuvillette is more powerful to emphasize on NOT REGIONAL/ELEMENTAL/HIERARCHICAL.

She may very well be the strongest we have seen in game but it’s doubtful that she’s anywhere near the shades level power. She’s definitely not on the level of someone like Surtalogi or honestly probably the other two sinners as well. The power of the abyss > any being in Teyvat power.
Everything in game points towards the moon goddess collective power being on par with the shades.
Edit: no, it doesn’t. If this was the case, HP would have disposed of them after winning the war of the funerary flame. He instead decided their existence did not affect him. That clearly suggests their power is beneath him and therefore his shades must be stronger.
Shades are the second most powerful entities under the Heavenly Principles
HP > Nibelung, but there are 4 shades sharing his second tier vs only 3 moon goddesses.
So individually a moon goddess may very well be a notch above an individual shade.
Both shades and moon goddesses are below the HP and even though a single moon goddess is above a single shade the degree that separates them from the HP can still be enough for the HP to not be concerned.
Now a 3-in-1 moon goddess didn't exist back then, her existence may or may not put her on a level that would concern the HP now (or even would have concerned them back then),
Apparently the HP is in no condition to act upon anything, even though it should case them to react
Long story short: We don't know anything. Power scaling is bull\*h\*t and if Hoyo wants human-level characters to participate and contribute to fights they really shouldn't have any place in, those human-like characters just will. Because Hoyo is currently selling them and thus they will be glaced

I'm not even sure what you mean by this, he did destroy them (at least 2/3) after they were weaponized against him through Nibelung.
As for the other two, one is omniscient and the other is speculated to be a mirror of HP himself.
Edit: forgot to mention that the massive narwhal that threatened to destroy Fontaine and possibly all of Teyvat was literally his pet. 😂
Also, Ronova destroyed an entire nation with the flick of a wrist. The moon sisters have no such feats.
As for Surtalogi, you’re right that most of his lore is anecdotal, however, the all-devouring narwhal is capable of destroying worlds and this is literally Surtalogi’s pet.
The Moon Sisters had authority over and control of Teyvat’s rules, which is essentially the role the Shades fulfill today.
If you reach friendship level 6 with her, there’s even more detail where she says she could remake Teyvat and its rules if she so wished.
*"After acquiring tri-lunar authority, Columbina naturally had some questions:*
*Could this power really do everything? What should she use it for?*
*\[...\] What she loved was the way this world and her home looked now. Changing it at will just because she could, molding its appearance and rules to suit her own whims... She felt that would be wrong. No matter how good her intentions, doing so would make her no different from The Doctor, she felt."*
This is what Columbina’s profile says about her tri-lunar authority.
The only established limit was that she was unable to reanimate Sandrone, though it’s not specified whether that was due to limited authority over life and death or simply because Sandrone is an artificial life form.
*"She even tried to wake Sandrone up. But that was one of the few things this trilunar power could not accomplish for her."*
You may not like it, but the lore has already made clear the role the Moons had over Teyvat.
Columbina got the direct authority but marrows still are powerful objects carrying an imprint of divine presence of moon Goddesses.
Yet Kuuvahki is literally her power, part of her, that she gathered to return, for the fight, but returned to the land after it:
> And now, I shall return my Kuuvahki to Nod-Krai again, that it may continue to protect my chosen home.
> Wait! But what about your body...
> I am only returning to Nod-Krai the part of me that it needs. I am giving what I can... Because my home is worth it.
Tell me Columbina did not become weaker and Traveler wasn't scared she might disappear again at all.
> I'm not saying she can't return
I also didn't say she can, exactly because this part is left ambiguous. But it is vaguely implied that she can, since it's literally a part of her
Also Columbina didn't use the other two moon marrows to show how stronger she was against Dottore.
Not only that, the whole moon is now within the false sky, right within Teyvat's gravitational grasp. I say the full registration has been done, and now the world admin has power over her.
Also remember dottores words when he first got the marrows ‘reason, life, death and space, they all believed I would fail’ and ‘teyvats primordial power never did belong the throne of heaven’
basically implying one: the shades powers weren’t originally the HPs. And two: he acquired the marrows in the first place cos he knew it’s the original source power that would rival or even surpass the power of the shades.
think of it as windows (columbina) vs mac os (shades)
The narrative makes it very clear what the Moons’ role is and their level of power, as well as the full extent of tri-lunar authority.
Friendship level 6 with her specifies that she could remake Teyvat and its rules if she wished, and that she simply hasn’t done so because she doesn’t feel the need and believes doing so would make her like Dottore.
That places her at a power level far above the Archons, Sovereign Dragons, and others. Even though she donated part of her power to maintain Nod-Krai, she notes that she kept enough strength to defend her land. Exactly how much power she still has is a mystery, but the fact that she can remove some of Teyvat’s restrictions on the Traveler, a Descender, is a clear sign that she remains extremely powerful.
Even compared to Surtalogi, it’s never been specified if he faced anything on the level of the Shades before leaving Teyvat. So until the lore explores him and other characters with similar potential more fully, Columbina is indeed the most powerful character introduced so far.
EDIT: this is what the game says about tri-lunar authority.
