Something needs to change with the Hilichurl Event.

I'm a new player so forgive my ignorance, but what is the deal with this event?

First, why is there a limit on Primos? Can we not be generous enough to make sure everyone can get just a mere 60?

Second, why is it that I sit there waiting to claim them, then when the timer hits 0 it says network error and crashes? Then when I go back in they are all gone?

I know its only 60 Primos but like, what the hell.
