How hard do you think the current stygian is?

B2 and B3 overall could have been a lot faster, but for me, passing is enough. B1 was very challenging even with Kazuha. A lot of time the first Q just doesn't melt on all 4 enemies. Overall, it's tough, but not the end of the world, I feel that my experience with the baptist was way worse than this

first one seems to be pretty limited, only c0 non-nod krai team so far seems to be mavuika melt from the last few hours with a grouper

Shock trooper is w/e, generic overload/brute force/fall tech/EC, pretty flexible overall, same tricks as last time and further now hex buff on fischl too.

Crab is also okay, seen decent amount of clears even w/o neuv, neuv with 3 budget supp is enough for dire

B1 is kinda annoying without lunar dps , the other 2 is fine I guess. The Fatui one we have fight it before and the crab you just need AOE hydro app and lure 3 crab next to each other

I think you should try again, my C0 Nefer and Columbina left it at around 15% HP after several tries. Columbina Lauma hyperbloom should technically be a lot better than Nefer without Lauma

No Nefer, no Flins/Ineffa and no Mavuika too

I was trying out Lauma Yelan Columbina Kuki but can't break the shield at all
Did like 10% Dmg in over 1 minute of fighting him..

It's likely just a Zibai angle for me I think.. It's not like I'm pulling her just for the stygian, I have a ready build as well as 120+ wishes till her banner comes around

Pretty much the same teams I am planning to use :)

Team 1: exact match
Team 2: Ineffa instead of Iansan
Team 3: Fischl instead of Xilonen

Won't get to try until after work (8h give or take) and hoping for an relatively easy fearless

If you want to be quick with it, Im gonna give you some of my experience for B1

Citlali use Sac frag, Bennet must be >=270 er

1/ Its not important that you hit big guy and all small guys at the same time. Try to group them with Kazuha and melt (pun intended) all the small guys at once.

2/ Its very likely that you would find the small guys at a little bit of HP, this is good, don't kill them right away even if you could. Setup the rotation again, if you do it right, they will all die the moment your Citlai EQ. This allows you to ultilize the -60 res state for 1 whole rotation. If any later, the big guy would eat them right when you use Mavuika Q, so redo the entire thing.

Specific inputs: Mavuika hold E, bennet E, kazuha E, Citlali E, stay on Citlali to absorb particles, after little guy spawn switch to bennet and Q, Kazuha hold E, Citlai EQN1, Mavuika rotation, Bennet EQ, Kazuha hold E, Citlali EQN1 (little guys die here, it would be better if Kazuha E also hit the big guy), Mavuika rotation on big guy.

3/ If you do just everything correctly until this point, you should be able to do 2 clean, non friction rotations on big guy. However, at some point in the middle of your 3rd rotation, big guy will go inside portal and be invincible for about a few seconds. If you time it clean, big guy should go into/come out of portal during kazuha field time, Kazuha would have an easy time hitting him with E. After portal invincibility, you can get some more clean rotations until the little guys state start again.

4/ You can see that I have 95s of cleartime, it could be faster, but assume that you are a casual player like I am, we should get similar results here. Around less than the 25s left mark, it should enter its mech. If it enters state, don't restart yet, just redo the first rotation you did on them, but this time, try to kill them all at once. You should have a few seconds to spare after this

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I do have the advantage of Mavuika and Citlali both being C2R1 though.

For B2 I sm thinking about also using Iansan instead of Ineffa, although my Iansan is only C2

B3 is where I am the least worried.

There may even have been an onslaught that I could have beaten on dire, but as far as I am concerned Hoyo can go f... themselves with this difficulty. I won't boost the participation metrics by playing it.

This one is the worst for me. I have cleared every stygian beside this but i don't think this one is possible for my account. ( + after using 30 fragile resin i don't even have a set for columbina )

I think it depends on whether "the correct character" is reduced to OP meta banner char right now or OP meta banner char 1 year ago or basically just the chars everyone already own. Stygian did have its loads of some pretty fun and team flexible bosses like the Gravity Machine or the bat

Yes but they always lock 1 of the bosses to 1-2 character and i cannot complete a difficulty. I only managed to clear fearless twice because of it, i could always beat 2/3 bosses of fearless for the rest. I have Ineffa, Columbina, Lauma but i still cannot beat the first boss, you either need constellations or Nefer-Flins.

Well you are free to. But honestly, I think the bat was fun, you can use Jean and Geo traveller to oneshot it, which is cool. Though I didnt feel the need to abuse it since Jean alone takes half its HP after the first mech, I did everything normally after. For the Gravity Machine, both gaming and diluc can clear it with relative ease. Raiden national can do it too since Xiangling snapshot the atk, Xiao is a bit harder to do.

it's not exactly "hard" it's just very restrictive.

a lot of people who say it's "easy" either had all the right characters, or was using the strongest teams in the game to brute force it.

I did fearless but it was the first stygian where I didnt use Xiao for a boss. Might go back and try to do a boss with him when I have the time.

Hardest one yet. All 3 bosses demand hydro for most efficient clears, two are best cleared with lunarcharged (although B2 can be cleared with overload thankfully), and the boss of B1 has mechanics as terrible as the Skirk shill boss from the first Stygian.

Most clears on 3rd chamber have neuvilette and I'm struggling making do with anything else. Ayato furina yelan/xingqiu just don't do enough.

Well, you need a grouper for that. You want to hit big crab and little crabs at the same time. The easiest way is to run to the map border and they will all chase you down there. You dont need Kazuha, Succrose with enough ER is also very good
