Boss hp pool too big.
You need a major Lunar dps or Ineffa.
For Columbina and Lauma, hyperbloom is a big part of the dmg but hyperbloom is not Lunar dmg.
Other main Columbina onfield team uses Ineffa.
If you don't do enough Lunar dmg its better to attack the minions. And Mavuika Kazuha has good AoE and dmg for it.

I used C0R0 Columbina and Lauma on first boss and they barely cleared it (119s). Well, my Columbina only has 6-8-7 talents so she's still not fully built yet. I assume OP also has a similar problem.

may i ask what was your team? i try with nilou nahida and raiden EM it destroy the shield ez enough but couldn't deal enough dmg to killed the boss

C0R0 Columbina with PA, C0R0 Lauma with lute, C2 Nahida with Fav, Kuki with the umbrella. I'm not sure if I could've done it without C2 Nahida if my Columbina's talents were lvl9s.
Haven't you tried Lauma instead of Raiden there?

I feel your pain on that first one. The movement windows are so tight that if your rotation gets bumped even slightly, the whole run feels like its falling apart
that is solid time on the third boss though. Did you find the shield breaking a lot easier to manage with that team?

don't assume i didn't try bina lauma on the first boss, i did for hour with combination of nilou and and hyper bloom but it didn't work

I'm struggling so hard with the first boss. I use Columbina, Zhongli, Lauma and Nefer. All C0R0 and Columbina at Lvl. 80. I know I have skill issues but I didn't realize that I'm this bad because just destroying one of the summons was so hard and it takes too much time. I can barely do 50% DMG at Menacing. The rest of the boss I was able to clear at the same stage with characters C0R0 except Furina, but the first boss makes me question what in the bloody heck am I doing wrong.

if you have nerfer don't need to attack summon, lunar reaction on shield will regen energy so just run after the boss and hit it, ignor the summon you will destroy shield faster
also replace zhongli with succrose or kuki

It's frustrating when my lunar team ain't working, and I have to brute force with Mavuika Citlali team yet the cryo application is so inconsistent with those annoying minions during the 2nd time.

same, what i do is i group them closer to the boss so if i miss 1 then dmg from mavuika will clear the last 1/4 but if miss 2 then GG
