Arlecchino doesn't count - she was after Qiqi so she was guaranteed, not a 50/50. So the streak is 14 in the screenshot, and 15 after Columbina. Also came after a 5-loss streak (I'm assuming this was before Capturing Radiance was a thing), maybe even more that we don't see. Still impressive though.

This is a lesson. Statistics aren't uniform, they're messy with outliers. Someone out there has failed every 50/50 in the same way.

This is why pure RNG in games is just shit, and why capturing radiance's implementation is great, bcs if there's a chance to lose, then there's a possibility to lose every single time, it might be low but unless there's smt to prevent it like capturing radiance it's not impossible.
It's a problem that most players won't experience so it gets ignored, but i really think it should be addressed bcs it's ultimately not the player's fault.
An example i personally experienced is when farming shiminawa back in 2.0, i farmed it every day for an entire month and only got 1 single atk% time piece, i know it sounds like a lie or idk, but unfortunately it did and i hate it.

Before the capturing radiance was added, I had an 8 lose streak on 50/50, and I only buy welkins, so it kinda feels hard for me. Now, I've seen capturing radiance 2x, and I'm always getting the 5 stars on pull 76 onwards. My account is out of luck for 5 stars, but majority of my limited 4 stars are c4 at least, and most of them are c6.
It's really just random at the end of the day.

Since Natlan started, I've lost the character banner 50/50 on 8 out of 9 times. (One of those losses was actually losing a 75/25 when capturing radiance didn't trigger!) Twice I got capturing radiance after 2 consecutive losses, and once after 3.
I lost the weapon banner 37.5/62.5 both times.
I lost on the Chronicled banner 50/50 all 3 out of 3 times.
Aside from capturing radiance, Flins was my only win in 14 coin flips.
