Ineffa or kokomi?

Hey guys, I've been lowkey wanting to have kokomi in the future for my nilou bloom team and I also love her character design but when I was pulling for the long awaited Columbina banner, I got Columbina's signature weapon AND Ineffa's signature weapon too. But I only wanted to get Columbina since she's the one I've been saving pulls for a year.

I was wondering, with my 131 intertwined fates remaining as a f2p player, should I pull for Ineffa? To have wider team comps? Because I literally only have two currently good teams which is the bloom team(Nahida, Collei, Nilou, and barbara) and vaporize team (Arlecchino, Columbina, Lan Yan, and Yun Jin)

But Ineffa is WAY stronger than Kokomi. In basically every team.

Shoutout to the (Nahida, Collei, Nilou and Barbara) team. That was also one of my first actually good teams.

As for Kokomi, I'm not sure if you can predict when she's coming or even if she is coming in the near future. But as ever, if you are on the fence best not to pull. Wait until you are sure.

Since you have Columbina with her signature, I'd argue you no longer really need a kokomi for your Nilou team. Lauma should become your goal for that team, possibly C1. Columbina/Lauma/Nilou/Nahida is Columbina's strongest team for her on-field gameplay.

As for Ineffa, she is also a fantastic character to pair with Columbina for double off-field, and with both of their R1 you should have everything you need for a very strong wheelchair. The two of them combined can make any team relatively meta.

Ineffa's R1 is very strong, basically equivalent to her C1, it's a big buff to the entire team's lunar charge damage.

Kokomi is probably only going to appear on Chronicle banners in the future, and it will likely be a long time before we see another Inazuma Chronicle.

That said, when it DOES come, it will likely come with very little warning, so keeping savings on-hand is a good idea. That said, I'll be very surprised if we get an Inazuma Chronicle rerun before a Mondstadt or Liyue Chronicle rerun.

So, you're likely safe to roll for Ineffa now, even if you hope to get Kokomi in the future. Not 100% safe - Hoyo has been known to put up very unexpected banners from time to time - but probably safe.

Kokomi is unlikely to ever rerun again. The Inazuma Chronicled wish returning is your only realistic hope, and that was the most recent one to run, so, I don't see you getting her until at least 2027.
