With Lauma she's basically similar to Nefer with the same spam charge attack gameplay, just don't forget to put her on the NK DPS artifact set (Night's Sky or the new Aubode). A lot of her damage potential is locked behind Lauma's Q however so if you want to use her as a DPS in Abyss and whatnot, using Lauma's Q is a must. For overworld and other easier content it doesn't matter.
You can also get Zibai next week if you want a NK DPS, she works great with Bina.

Bina, Ineffa, Fischl, Sucrose is a good Bina carry team. It like Flins but slightly weaker. Or you can try Hyperbloom with Lauma.
