I don't have nuvi nor do I have skirk, there is just no way I defeat this boss. Any team suggestion please let me know, how can I clear this abomination.

Not enough dps, tho I just targeted the small crabs, but my dps ain't enough in the 10 sec downtime that I can defeat it in the given time.

The hydro dmg taken by the small crabs translates to the main crab dmg
That's the dmg you want to focus on

The hydro damage you deal to the crabs is tallied and will hit the crab for 60% of that in true damage.

Do you have Mualani or Columbina? Both can do it, otherwise just switch to a non Hydro DPS team that still has good Hydro app

Skirk herself isn't that good Against this boss. Emperor wants specifically hydro damage, but since half of her team is hydro and well hitting one (Furina, Yelan) she still works. Cryo is not so efficient as it takes only 0,5 of pyro ward gauge when the hydro application takes 2u. Geo and Anemo have the same efficiency (or rather lack of it) against pyro wards as Cryo. Skirk's advantage is that she can deal lots of damage in the stun window.
Ignore the big crab as it has 150% Res shred to all elements when it is shielded and summons mini-crab. Focus on those mini-crabs specifically, each has 12u pyro shield so you need 6 hydro applications to destroy it (not hits, but exactly element applications. Not every elemental hit applies the elemental aura)
When the mini-crab's pyro shield destroys it launches at the big crab, taking 12u out of Emperor's 64u ward, also dealing the damage to the boss equal to 60% of hydro damage dealt to the mini-crab+ 10% of other damage, not exceeding 15% of Emperor's Max HP%
It would be easier if you showed what characters you have to suggest team composition
