Sac frag is pure EM stat stick for her personal damage but offer no team buffs, where her focus as on-field driver that buffs off-field teammates should be. Any catalyst that offers any kind of buff to other characters would be better

If she is only sustain in the team ~200% ER is optimal to burst every rotation for healing, but ER can be significantly lowered to burst every other rotation
