What the title says. I have actually no idea how artifacts work so yeah.

Neither. Find one with HP main stat for better healing and as high as possible ER substat to always have the burst available when you need it

Yeah, I'm trying. My luck with artifacts is incredibly bad tho and I need something that works for the meantime.

Second one is better then. More damage and more HP

For Bennett? The right one technically but you should really get an HP% goblet with ER, he doesn't really care that much about other stats.
