For play style reasons, I don't like jumping to new unlocked areas of my progress, even if there are rewards. I wonder if it will be purchasable in Paimon Shop later in the game? Thanks!
It's not time limited in the sense that it's always available on clearing the quest, whether in version 6.3 or 60.3.

It's forever free, you get it once you finish the current quest. It just that new players will take months to reach it...

Yes it's time limited, you can only get it if you finish the Act 8 of NK AQ before EoS :)
