i guess is a tiny quest related to Varka like the one you get by pull NodKrai characters ,
like flins that can talk with dead or nefer that can get 'intel' from NPC,
mayne we will have a 4* star character that can do it later on .

Because the people made it first (because I guess hoyo wasn’t looking at reddit like they do now and make the sub 6 months ahead of game announcement), so we make the rules instead of hoyo installing al the mods that have to get on their knees for them for the sweet lack of information hoyo can exploit (as you can tell I don’t like the hsr sub being owned by the company which has its own interests in the rules)

as for hoyo doing a take over, I guess they can't since here is moderated enough to prevent being taken down for being unmoderated then doing a reddit request, or it's just not worth their effort to try to. Though I'd think that there's an offer on the table that the mods can do a peaceful transfer of power which means there can be the giveaway stuff but at the cost of being able to freely speak

varka has a cosmetic like durin. not literally the same, but he comes with a story cosmetic. this is essentially his in-world interaction like nefer's intel or flins' wild hunt translation
