Can someone pls help , I reported this person days ago but nothing happened and I don’t know how to report them outside of the “report player” feature in game (tagged nsfw due to their bio)

I'm not familiar with Genshin CS' inner workings, but it's not uncommon for a game/platform with so many users to have CS wait until a person receives multiple reports to follow up on it, as it's also common for people to abuse the report feature towards people they don't like.
