Neuvi has plenty of good alternatives for his weapon, one of them is free. Very low priority, and unless you also plan to get Zibai it would be a waste to lose the 75/25 to her weapon.

With Surf's Up you legit don't need Neuv's weapon. You're better off saving it for a future stacked weapon banner. Skirk's weapon is one of the biggest weapon buffs from her F2P option, along with a few more Natlan DPSes. If you're planning on going for Skirk, plan for Escoffier as well as Skirk's weapon.

Don't go for his weapon especially when you have surfs up and also zibais weapon is only a stat stick and a niche weapon with it's passive so wait till the next livestream to see which characters were released and depending on it don't pull for his weapon and decide on pulling the characters that will release on luna V
