Appreciation for Genshin's mobile experience
I just wanted to make a post about how good the game looks and plays on mobile. Graphics are absolutely beautiful and the balance between graphical fidelity and performance is amazing. No matter how far you look in any direction, the game looks gorgeous because things are rendered at the right level of detail. The inspired anime/cartoonish artstyle of the game, also masks its age really well. Genshin is to this day an artistic and technical masterpiece. There is a beautiful, immersive fictional world, always ready to be entered, at the touch of your fingertips.
I also really appreciate Hoyo's technical competency. They are able to release multiple games on multiple platforms, all perfectly optimized with good visuals and performance. There are no game breaking bugs. Pre-download is always smooth and doesn't take up too much space. Game's size is not huge for an open-world game that's been going on for 6 years. The visual experience is also equally cohesive on all platforms. Hoyo doesn't favor one platform over the others.
There have been many gachas released in the recent years, some with better graphics and some with more "generous" gacha systems. But the moment you try out these games by other companies, you realize how much of Hoyo's technical competency you've taken for granted. No gacha to this day comes close to the technical wonder that is Genshin Impact.
Feel free to share your feelings!
EDIT: Fixed typo.

I remember the day Dragonspine released, I literally played the moment the update dropped until I slept at night. The day flashed by in an instant.
the graphics are good and I'm enjoying the view as I play.
I mainly played WuWa and Genshin, but also tried ZZZ recently and loved it. Unfortunately had to quit WuWa due to problems with optimization.
I really want a game where my entire team is on the field attacking with me.
It could also be a good idea to buy a cooling fan if thermal throttling is the problem.
I play mainly on PS, but mobile was always nice to play whenever I'm not home
Objects and shadows are rendered properly. Grasses are drawn at a respectable distance, and blend in well with distant terrain. Level of detail of far objects are proper and there are no super blurry textures. Also compression for voicelines is at decent quality.
Maybe these seem basic but there are games out there that fail to achieve them. WuWa for example may look fantastic on PC, but the visual experience on mobile pales in comparison to Genshin.
I use a AYN Odin 2 handheld to play that uses a SD 8 gen 2 all settings cranked to max and cant really say the experience is any different on PC , the mobile version is really a amazing well optimized
I preffered playing WuWa when I only had my laptop. But now I also have a decent phone, and Genshin experience unbeatable there.
