It took them like 3-4 years to fix alternative sprint characters getting stuck on every little bump in the road, maybe by 2077 they'll get to this!

Alternate sprint was half fixed in 2.1, and fully fixed by 3.0, so counting Mona's game release, it'd be 1 year and 2 years respectively
