[Context: requires getting a certain commission three times, *however* unlike other commissions that you need multiple times that are attached to an achievement and thus show up more often, this one is not tied to an achievement, and is just as random as every other commission. Perhaps I got very unlucky, too]

nice one! I still have 3 of these left. Storytelling Method, Battle of Revenge and this one. I have not gotten O Archon even once, but i think i’m one commission away from unlocking the quest for the other two.
