EM is secondary shes a primary Atk scaler firstly. Ive seen that team get to 120k with proper builds

I'm currently toying with my Noelle's Ulti + Spin to win. Gonna try using other Geo teams to see the outcome.

yeah I also tried this exact comp and DPS was just hovering around 100k. Then I opened the details and found out Ineffa was doing more damage than Navia 😭

Perhaps your Navia isn't well built or rotation issue? My Navia ranks first with 38% while Ineffa is 3rd with 23%

Sadly ineffa plus Bina has 70k DPS on Thier own. And most modern DPS have 160-170k DPS :(

I love Navia but she isn't good
