Any way to beat the 3rd boss Fearless without a good hydro DPS?

I can't beat the 3rd boss that requires a hydro DPS. I've been trying different 4th slots for Skirk team, and none of them help, I don't even take him down half way. I don't have Neuvillette nor Mualani, only hydro characters I have are Furina, Yelan, Xingqiu, Mona, Aino, and some unbuilt 4 stars (Dahlia, Candace, Barbara). Can I brute force the boss with someone or am I cooked?

You are dumpstering the first guy. Put Aino there. Move Bina to skirks 4th. Should be enough aoe hydro to make the difference.

Tried with Aino, but can't seem to beat the boss without Columbina due to not enough dews and boss moving too much. I'm thinking of pulling for Neuvillette anyway so I'll try in 2 weeks I guess

Positive-Chicken-5232026-01-21 21:19

don’t pull neuvillette just for this!! try switching in yelan in the first team, so you put columbina with skirk

I've been planning to get a hydro dps for a long time, since this is the first Neuvi rerun since I've started playing, and I skipped Mualani due to ppl saying she's too janky and kinda hard to play, but now I wish I at least pulled for her

Try switching Yelan in for Aino

NeonUnicorn972026-01-21 21:13

I did, Yelan is my usual 4th slot for Skirk, and still no luck

Keep yelan on field and target the first wave of turtles and damage the second wave good. Hope they are somewhat clumped together and then pop all CDs.

Ideally the vape and melts will remove the remaining fire shields and give you full uptime on skirk.

u/artmiz_skf posted a clear with Furina/Kokomi/Yelan/Xingqiu earlier.

Shit is sweaty af without Neuvilette though, and even with Neuvilette need some precise timings to make sure buffs are up when the crab shield goes down.

XQ its always him for hydro. Skirk can definetly do it but requires one of the MT. Rushmore OG 4 stars. Just put bookboy in the bag remember he can do 60 rainswords, 60!

I've cleared the last boss with Skirk, Furina, Escofier, and Columbina.

[https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV19Rz3BQEYH](https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV19Rz3BQEYH) Here is a all C0 Skirk Furina Mona Escoffier dire clear you may try to copy the rotation.

Kriizii2026-01-21 21:40

recommendations like this are delusional
this person basically only has skirk as his only team, and because of that
furina is on tenacity
escoffier is on scroll
and mona is C6
99% of people won't have these specific sets just for furina and escoffier only for skirk team

fyrefox452026-01-21 21:53

At this point people should be farming other sets for Furina. Her damage on GT has really taken a hit power scaling wise. The c6 Mona is a bit delulu tho

But, it's also dire vs fearless

zvavi2026-01-21 23:59

Skirk has her weapon

Sorry-Candidate-51922026-01-21 21:44

I did it with skirk furina escoffier and xingqiu
furina and escoffier with favonius and golden troupe
xingqiu with sacrificial and noblesse
all c0 and xingqiu c6

you just focus the small crabs, you need to defeat 6 small crabs i think for the boss to stagger but you need to time it so once the boss gets stunned you already have xingqiu ult on, furina ult on max fanfare and skirk burst on
in the 10 second window u skirk burst and dmg it down

i beat it in 119s

its best if you have support set on furina like tenacity of milelith and idk cinder on escoffier or anything else to buff skirk

aRandomBlock2026-01-21 21:52

use mona, put her on Nobelesse and esco on scroll

undeadsasquatch2026-01-21 22:08

Doesn't look like you have either but I used Chasca and Kokomi. Kokomi skill will hit the shield and if you position Chasca on top of the crab she also annihilates the shield. Still took a while though.

I’m not sure but Xingqui rainsword are more worthy on third boss

As for who to replace him with on veresa team? Try Yelan
