Nothing abotu the new boss requires Columbina specifically
up to hard difficult, for the primogems, you can match in coop
or just brute force anything with your strongest team against all bosses if you want
if you want to do Menacing, you can ask someone specific to help with that

If you have a Nod Krai DPS, it should be doable. They can get enough lunar hits to break the shield. If you don't have Nefer or Flins, then yeah you'll probably need something like Ineffa/Lauma and Columbina.
Btw, I also tried brute forcing with C0R0 Skirk and it worked for me, at least in Menacing. Very tough without lunar reactions in Fearless though.
If you didn't pull for Nod Krai characters, you can still easily beat the bosses in Hard mode and take primos.

i have nefer and ineffa. guess my account is bricked until they rerun lauma (which isn't next patch for some reason!)
