Why doesn't Columbina's skill trigger when his shield is up?? Not even being able to use her ability to proc lunar damage outside of Nod Krai teams is insane to me! Is this supposed to happen or (please be) a bug??
If you read her skill it states: "Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: Gravity Ripple inflicts AoE Hydro DMG over a wider area." It means if there are 2 Nod Krai chars the radius of her skill is larger. Without the larger radius she can't hit the trooper. It's BS but that's what's happening.
