You wanna start doing exploration NOW. Nod-Krai treasure compass is the best to start with, and then whatever region you have the least completion on. Provided you have at least one or two areas to farm you should be able to get a decent number of wishes, but you'll be exploring for a week or so to make sure.

Nod krai is easy with compass, I think natlan gives the most so focus on it after nod krai

Nod-Krai is probably most efficient with compass, but really, any region will do. Just go do stuff. Get oculi, get chests, get sigils. Do quick quests. Be the all-devouring locust scouring each region of primo's.

I managed to get Ineffa at 77 pity with the gems from the new area only (plus event) so its doable.
