Your flins team would benefit more from Ineffa C0, Ineffa C1 and Ineffa R1 than from Columbina's C1, Nefer will benefit more from her and Lauma's constellations. But everyone will benefit a lot from C2 Columbina.
In your case, Ineffa is way more beneficial, both for your flins team and for Columbina's wheelchair team.
