Best team I can make?

New player here, so as you can see I don't really have a lot to work with, but I'd like to know what units have the best synergy (I'd prefer to have Mona on the team if possible). I'll get Xiangling, Collei, and Lynette eventually so you can include them, although I'd prefer not because I want a team comp I can use right away. Thanks in advance

It’s too early to make a real team. But if you want to play Mona you can try Mona - Fischl - Pyro (Amber for now then swap to Xiangling) - Sucrose.

It’s not an optimal team but it’s good enough for you to progress through the game until you get more characters. Also Sucrose, Xiangling and Fischl are amazing characters that you’ll use until the end.

You are so early in the game that a “best” team should genuinely not be a concern of yours. You’ll get better characters naturally as you play through the story. However, if you want “best” as in characters you may still use for teams you build down the road I would do Mona (since you like her), Fischl, Sucrose and Xinqiu. Fischl and Sucrose still see use when you get to end game content.

But again, you do not need to optimize your team at this point, play who you like.

Fischl, Sucrose, XQ makes the overworld a joke can use Mona as well, but that character on the bottom right is that good (has perfect synergy with Sucrose btw).

raise 8 characters, with different elements. i see you claimed mona from the free 5 star selector. you need to get xiangling by clearing spiral abyss 3-3. thats your pyro. teleport to sumeru and get dendro traveler.

my recommendations:

raise max: xiangling, xingqiu, sucrose, traveler, fischl, mona

raise as needed: razor, barbara, noelle

bro you're level 0, there is nothing good to make, nothing will work in the way we think

plus learning teambuilding in a critical skill for a lot of the endgame, you have to improvise often

I can tell you sucrose, xingqiu and fishly is the core of a good team, that' caried me through the game, so if you like it so that (like burst xq, fischl skill and sucrosse spam on field and start over) add whatever you want (shield or healer for survival maybe, or just mona for extra damage, but only the burst is usefull right now (run the ttds weapon on her btw, best catalyst for a support, and it's a 3 star so you'll probably get enough copies to refine it soon)
