Shock Trooper: Skirk, Escoffier, Furina, Yelan
Fire Crab: Neuvillette, Xilonen, Kazuha, any Hydro
Maybe Citlali instead of Yelan/Furina for Calamity of Eshu

If the boss is anti Cryo Hydro or Pyro you are screwed.
You have only Arle for pyro so if the boss screws over NA or Pyro she is useless
You have only Skirk for cryo, she is great but costs you to use your Escoffier, Furina Yelan/Citlali (taking Yelan and Citlali options away from Arle)
You only have Neuvi as a Hydro DPS so as soon as its a single target battle and not multi-target you have a pretty sub par DPS. He also wants Furina, Citlali, Xilonen or Escoffier to do decent DPS. once again they are all supports the other two teams desperately want as well.
Basically you are limited to 3 big DPS characters (actually just 2) and all of them want the same supports.
I assume you are Running Bina as an on-field with Lauma? its not a terrible idea but without her C2R1 she would need to be a super optimized build and team to deal with SO. the team would have to be healer-less and rely on Lauma C1 for sustain.

I just didn't have primo for everything? I'm welkin buyer in the last half year and I'm not the luckiest person on planet. Average pity drop was 70-80 and some times i lose 50/50. Mavuika had no rerun yet, afaik.
My columbina is off-field support, check akasha profile for artifacts sets. I dont have Lauma C1. The only premium cons and Rs are Neuv C1R1 and Furina R1

Not having the key meta units despite pulling for meta. No Mavuika, no Ineffa, no Flins, no Varesa. R1 Furina with C0 instead of investing in one of the above.
Your options are very limited, as if you're pulling from the previous meta rather than the current. That's why.

Limited options in the roster, but that just comes with time and whether it is issue or not depends on boss lineup a lot. Your builds aren't the best outside the Neuvi team, though it isn't the worst either.
Stygian is more focused on special mechanics at higher difficulties which needs you to adjust rotations and very often builds/team as well. If you can't clear any boss at all not even once, the most likely issue will be that you aren't adjusting rotations to the boss mechanics. Basic rotations often just don't cut it in fearless+.

None of the characters have an impressive build, and I would even say they are below a basic build, except for Neuvillette. Builds aside, it may also be a matter of team build and rotation. It would be good to have a showcase on the DPS dummy to get an idea.
