Who should I go for?

So I have gotten C1 Columbina (amazingly got her and C1 in the same 10 pull), but im not sure if I should go for C2 or Ineffa. My team atm is Mauvika, Raiden Shogun, Furina, and Columbina. I think if I got Ineffa, she would replace Shogun? but also C2 looks nice and juicy. Team isnt for endgame tbh, just story and really whatever stuff I wanna run.

I think Ineffa would be the better choice. Her shield is comfy, and she pairs really well with Columbina, especially with ascendant gleam to enhance the new artifacts and increasing Columbina's hydro skill range.

Also, Columbina will probably rerun in a few months for you to get the C2, but there's no telling when Ineffa might rerun.

If it isnt for endgame just go for the one you find most pretty or like more(? in my opinion more characters > more cons
