Does Chasca count the opponent's characters for her elements in this mode? Would that be the same for like... Ballad of the Fjords?
Columbina+Ineffa or Neuvillette+Ineffa are my OP combos so far, Lunar Charged seems to do crazy damage still and Columbina+Ineffa make it so you don't have to track the opponent as much. But there are also some weird issues with summons/constructs being targetable and taking damage which can get really confusing and messes with melee characters. My only limited C6 is Wanderer and I have a feeling I could never make a good enough team for him to be worth running in PvP as it is currently balanced.

Yea pvp in gacha is usually unfair. The only time pvp exists and is fair is if it's just different from the normal gameplay, basically like TCG is. Ur still fighting with a team of characters sorta but they get a specific pvp kit different from their normal kit and there is no whaling/good artifacts advantage.

Guild wars 2 did their pvp really well though. Pvp gear was completely different and everyone was on an equal playing field.
I got friggin humbled. Gw2 pvp was surprisingly really good. Some say its boring because everyone was at a similar power level, but the class variety alone was enough to make things interesting.
Genshin can definitely rebalance the characters and give them "standardized" artifact sets and constellations.

Well the problem is that some characters are inherently better (not even just in a powercreep sense, but also in a mechanics sense. Venti would be busted if his burst works on other players even if it doesn't do much dmg. Permafreezing ur opponent sounds like a free win. Like nobody will ever play C3 Childe over a character that does better dmg and flies on top of that (Chasca). After a while ppl will find a meta and everybody will use just those characters and hoyo can do nothing to balance it bc it's the character's normal kits. This is why gacha pvp needs pvp specific kits. Kits that the devs actually design for pvp and try to make all balanced.

Genshin has a user-generated content platform that got added a couple months ago, and recently with the new patch it is now possible to use playable characters in it. The pvp game you’re seeing is just something a random person cooked up. There’s also a dps dummy game for testing out your damage output.

I went into one with Zhongli and Noelle against Columbina and Ineffa, and neither my HP nor the opponents' moved much. Dunno what the shield and healing scaling was in that one, but the damage was definitely not enough to kill opponents through shield and healing (well, maybe dhcwsp could, since they deal 100x more damage than us mere mortals).

Stun has always been broken in all games, specially if you can stunlock.
I said it time ago and I'll say it again freeze (and Venti) should had not existed, stunlock is a broken mechanic. And that's why freeze (and Venti) have been useless for so long time, because Hoyo way was just to lock their mechanics.
Kinda weird that chasca is counting opponent element for the bullet tho lol.
