Reshaping thing

i searched it up and couldnt find an explanation and in game it didnt specify what i wanna know. all i know is after u use 6 feathers u get 3 guarenteed substats in the 2 u picked and then after 18 more (i think?) u get 4 in the 2 u picked. all i want to know is, is it permanent on my account? so every artifact i reshape after gets 4 stats rerolled into the 2 i picked? or just on that singular artifact? or just for a limited time (kinda like the long term encounter points) someone pls tell me

When you get the guaranteed 4 it is one-time and then it resets and you build it up again.

Think of this as a feature to encourage you to use the feathers instead of hoarding them.

It's per account type rather than per artifact.

So you get your progress across multiple uses, and you can use the guaranteed on any artifact of your choosing.
