How do I get the free character invite?

Hi! My account is from like 2021 or something and I never got the character invite. (I’ll add a picture). I even made an alt account to see if the event was still running and it is.

Is it just not possible to get it? I have been trying to get qiqi forever.

That is an anniversary reward, it runs every year during the anniversary patch in september

It’s available for new accounts but if your account already existed during the last anniversary you would have had to choose then. They will do it again for the next anniversary in September.

the free 5 Star selector is usually only available during the Anniversary event

alright, thank you!

Besides the selector for the anniversary, there's one for new players too, but you would've had to make the account during 6.0/Luna I at the earliest. That's why the new account you made has the event but the old one doesn't.
