Honestly, I hope he saved a lot of his earnings. He could be comfortable doing normal jobs while his internet money makes his life easier to maintain. Also, kudos to him for taking the initiative to keep private instead of millions of dollars. That's a hard choice to make for most of us.

In reality idk it’s kinda just… tissue loss from decay? I don’t think there’s a special name for a wound involving loosing cheek/lip tissue. You’ve got contusions, lacerations, avulsions, fractures etc but then you just add where it happened.
Not sure if it’s clear if this is injury that failed to heal due to his condition, or tissue that died and fell away, again due to his condition, so that likely matters too.
