I just got back into the game. What team should I build. My only built team rn is Kinich. Im just exploring rn so it doesn’t need to be meta or endgame or anything. Here’s my 5\*s and my fav is xinyan

You've got a great Lineup of characters from Fontaine and Natlan, so not much to worry about in dmg.
Since you rolled Columbia, she makes a really good team with Navia for Lunar-Crystallize, I believe this is also Navia's best team now(?) not entirely sure. It would be Navia, Furina, Columbina, Xilonen. The next Theatre rotation will have Geo, so get Navia built.
If you need Xilonen or Furina elsewhere, you can make a Navia, Yelan, Columbina, Chiori team as well. This one is weaker in the sense that every character is looking to deal dmg without much buffing/shred.
For exploration, Kinich team is fine, I use him a lot too, but you can roam around with Kinich + Mavuika and not worry about anything.
Itto and Raiden are both weak right now, Inazumans need a buff so don't focus on them at the moment. Raiden can be built full EM for hyperbloom teams with Nahida and Yelan/Xingqiu/Furina.
You have Varesa and pretty good team for her too; Varesa, Furina, Xianyun, Bennet/Iansan
Hu Tao plunge vape is also good; Hu Tao, Furina, Xianyun, Flex
Escoffier is a very strong Freeze unit and you can look to get Skirk later. Wriothesely, Furina, Yelan, Escoffier is a strong Fontaine Freeze team.
Chiori and Albedo are basically the same unit, and since Albedo got buffs with the Hexerei quests he can perform on par with Chiori if not better. Chiori will need a Geo teammate (if not C1) that can create a construct, so this would either be Zhongli, Albedo, or Lunar-Crystallize from Columbina (this reaction itself creates a construct). Albedo will need another Hexerei unit to gain buffs so this could be Mona, Venti, Sucrose, Fischl. Venti and Sucrose are both not really optimal due to no Anemo and Geo reaction so Mona or Fischl can work.
Xinyan is one of the weaker 4*s but that doesn't mean you can't play her. As a Physical DPS, you want C6 Rosaria, Mika for attack speed and Fischl/Raiden for superconducting. Her pyro element is strange because it plays against the idea of Physical teams but, alas. Good luck
