I'm gonna get a constellation tomorrow but I'm unsure on what to choose, Any tips? I use only some of these for IT and that's it.. I had chosen Tighnari's C6 last time
I think it boils down to whether you're meta type or casual for-fun player. If former, getting those limited banner characters will be better.
If latter, who do you like playing with? Or are you intending to get multiple copies so that a character can be upgraded to lv100?
This round i only have Kokomi or Xiao to choose from, including Tignari, so i chose Xiao for the damage so that i may have an easier time to clear future end-game contents. As of now, i have a hard time to clear Abyss floor 12 36\* and stygian onslaught menacing mode as a F2P.

nilou, baizhu, hu tao, and yae miko are the best of that lot. Unless you are trying to get lv 95 elixirs.

If you like Hu Tao and you are also playing her frequently, I would strongly recommend going for her C1! It's a big QoL.
